The sensors will assist establish spacecraft or satellites that aren’t working correctly.
“Matching the precise orbital airplane, altitude, and velocity of one other object in area will play a key position within the building of orbital infrastructure. With ALIN, any sort of uncooperative satellite tv for pc, planetary physique, or asteroid, will be autonomously serviced or mapped,” mentioned Jeremy Hardy a senior engineer at Astrobotic.
